Before using the Need Help feature or accepting a live location sharing request, please read and understand the following information.

Important Information

• ICEcard can send your location and relevant details when you use Need Help, submit applicable reports, or use live location sharing with a service provider you have accepted.
• Participating emergency service providers and your emergency contacts may receive this information when the relevant feature is used.
• ICEcard is a technology platform. ICEcard does not operate ambulances, police, or fire services.
• We do not guarantee that anyone will respond, how quickly they will respond, or that your location will always be accurate or available.
• In an immediate or life-threatening emergency, call your local official emergency number directly.
• You can stop live location sharing at any time through the ICEcard App.
• Location permission can be granted, denied, or changed through your device Settings.
