ICEcard Mobile Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ICEcard mobile application (“ICEcard”, “App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using ICEcard, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ICEcard, you agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our EULA.
The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, and disclose personal information.
The EULA contains additional terms and important disclaimers relating to emergency and location-based features.
Emergency and location features are subject to the disclaimers and limitations contained in Section 2 of the EULA.
ICEcard is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
Where permitted by applicable law, users under 18 may use the App with appropriate parental or guardian consent as stated in the Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements.
ICEcard provides technology-based emergency information and assistance features.

Face recognition and search results provided through the App are indicative only. AI can make mistakes, and a match is not definitive proof of identity. A double check is always recommended, and results should be independently validated before any consequential medical, financial or other decision.
The App supports, and does not replace, 112, ambulance, police, fire services, doctors, hospitals or clinical judgement.

You may delete your ICEcard account directly within the App.

Account deletion is permanent for account access.

The ICEcard App and the materials provided through it, including software, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, content, and other materials, are owned by us or our licensors.
